I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst Company to join for anybody. It has no respect for even very senior knowledgeable experts & Consultants and treat them as normal employees by senior people of the Company. No job security for freshers or anybody. Very poor management and leadership.
