They started wfh 1 day a week

Dislikes

No job security. Any random day they'd ask you to leave the company. No proper goals /kpi, even seniors dont know. No1 knows what they're doing. Even if you ask seniors, no clarity. Only select few (men mostly) gets promoted. No opportunity to grow.
