My suggestion is to not join this organisation. They give you direct termination without any notice so nothing to like about them. They will give you fake commitment.

Its not a good organisation to work, i have worked here for 2 years in bdg but no one has supported me during this tenure. No support from seniors. No job security. You have to work as a slave.
