We are currently hiring for a Technical Manager for the mentioned skillsets : .NET Core, Angular, MSSQL/MySQL

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide technical guidance and support to team members.

- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

- Facilitate team meetings and communication.

- Resolve conflicts and address team issues.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions.

- Enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development of software applications using .NET Core, Angular, and MSSQL/MySQL.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.

- Implement unit and integration tests.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Participate in agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core, Angular, and database technologies.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.

- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.

- Strong knowledge of Angular (latest versions preferred).

- Experience with MVC architecture and RESTful API development.

- Expertise in MSSQL/MySQL with the ability to write optimized queries and manage databases efficiently.

- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Days : Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Location : Mihan Area, Nagpur, Maharashtra
