Strict timing if you are 1min late also hr will dial 10 calls and knock at you.. Horrible leave policy.. Monday to Saturday full working.. If you take leave there is lop in 6months after 6month yearly 9 leave only They use screen monitoring and every 15min HR will check it ..If your screen is ideal then it is LOP.. When I was therea trainee had some health issue and was on leave for 3days, which it was a LOP for that trainee there is not even a sick leave with them.. For clients they are good but with employees is nothing.. For better side please don't go for interview it's waste of time and also you'll get depressed when you join this job..
