There is nothing much to like about working here

Dislikes

They have a time doctor installed in our laptops through which they constantly watch over us and even though we complete our work on time. We are being asked as to why were we on a break etc. Also they apply sandwich policy for taking leaves and cut your salary for even one day of leave taken

Strict timing if you are 1min late also hr will dial 10 calls and knock at you.. Horrible leave policy.. Monday to Saturday full working.. If you take leave there is lop in 6months after 6month yearly 9 leave only They use screen monitoring and every 15min HR will check it ..If your screen is ideal then it is LOP.. When I was therea trainee had some health issue and was on leave for 3days, which it was a LOP for that trainee there is not even a sick leave with them.. For clients they are good but with employees is nothing.. For better side please don't go for interview it's waste of time and also you'll get depressed when you join this job.. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
