The management is not good. They pressurise you to work beyond limits. There is no privacy or no personal space there. They don't recognise individuals strength. If one person left the job they will handover that person's work to another person instead of hiring a new one, which builds so much tension and pressure for the another person who now have to work for two people. The management is at its worse level here. There is no salary in time and they don't offer any joining letter or salary slip. Even after you leave the job there is no experience certificate to show.
