Managers never put opinions against the client even if the clients are totally wrong. They are totally submissive to the clients and will put a lot of pressure on the team without mercy.

SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level.
