Racist, biased, poor management, no hospitalisation leaves. Actually it is a contractual firm not a company. They provide resources and place to work for other companies. You will work on SLK payroll as contractor not as employee. They will give you biased appraisals if you are not from Karnataka.

I am feeling terrible after joining SLK Software. It's just one month here and I am feeling like dying. No work life balance, I am working for 12+ hours daily. I am getting frustrated day by day.
