Worse people around, The work culture is worse. People the hire or woking with them from quiet long who doesn't have minimum qualifications communication behaviour.Opportunity to grow is zero. No visibitily at all because people there who can take it from you are there as legacy for ages. Worst company with worst environment, worst management ever with poor quality of work. They only get projects that are not rejected / not accepted by any company. Do not choose this company as they might use you to train freshers and can through any one out at any point of time.

SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level. Favourite employees n pet employees are treated with great care n reward, whereas honest, hard working mid level senior employees n below are ignored and not rewarded deservingly. Organization policies are not uniformly enforced for employees across full hierarchy, and rules are broken/bent for pet employees and rules are implemented very strictly for others. Not much. The office is at outskirt of Bangalore and the rental cost is low the nearby homes. So, cost wise it is the best choice, nothing else.

Managers never put opinions against the client even if the clients are totally wrong. They are totally submissive to the clients and will put a lot of pressure on the team without mercy.

I dislike everything about this company ,like they change the policies like that employees will be treated as there working in school,strict login hours,hybrid is there but Monday and Friday are compulsory,salary benefits are not good ,they change the salary cycle whenever it's required, without prior notice and they don't give anyarrears,they give only flat hike , they always give SRB which will be added to package after 1 year till one year we have to work with them ,otherwise if we resign in middle we have return back whole amount this is waste for everybody...Read More

Racist, biased, poor management, no hospitalisation leaves. Actually it is a contractual firm not a company. They provide resources and place to work for other companies. You will work on SLK payroll as contractor not as employee. They will give you biased appraisals if you are not from Karnataka.

Dislikes

Management will force you to work long hrs. They don't care about employees even they are sick, only they cares about their clients and project deadline. They will will take project with short deadlines and will force employees to work overnight like a robot.
