Leading with the old way is certainly hampering the company's growth and increasing dissatisfaction among employees. Most certainly office location is a big concern. Nearly 40 kms from the city center.

Very Old Fashioned Mindset , management will talk about progressive ideas but it's all on paper. Existing employees are ignored over new hires. Runs on Good Leads who do work for all team members. Onsite opportunities are based on your connection not on your talent.

To retire this is the best company But if u want good hike or u want to learn something new if u stay there for more than 2 years it's waste

Instead of paying you for the work you do they give you some amount and tie you up for 1 more year. If you don't have own transport you have to rely on office cab. Public transport form that location is very less.
