In this company we can learn more management system . teammates are supportive . They have good job opportunity & they give on time salary.

Dislikes

Job training is not provide by company to the all employees. No any care of employee . Lake communication between company and each employee.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to watch multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
