If we are asking about Haryana, worst culture faced in sk finance specially RM profile misused their power. Company need to take appropriate action against them. Very disturbed in haryana. Need strict action immediately.

यहां पर मैंने कार्य किया जीतना समय दिया उसके बदले में मेरे RM से मुझे कुछ भी सपोर्ट नहीं मिला ना ही प्रमोशन में ओर ना ही इंक्रीमेंट में जबकि मुझे सारा वर्क आता है DI का भी LMS का भी। यहां प्रमोशन और इंक्रीमेंट उन लोगों का ही अच्छा होता है। जो उनके खास हो या उनके आस पास के हो। या फिर उनकी कास्ट के हो जातिवाद और भाईचारा निभाकर प्रमोशन ओर इंक्रीमेंट किया जाता है।

I was joined the sk finance to grow but i have to resigned bcz the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn't guide and gets angry when I ask questions and some of seniors always misguide in working. The team is disorganised, and the stress was affecting my mental health. None of my skills developed there.... In fact, the skills I had got worse and this organisation has harm my career. Very bad culture middle level management (Team HOD) only play politics and the company appraisals for low level employees is very bad. Only middle level take the appraisal and they did not give the rating (Nill) to his team juniors and the benifit of it take by themselves. They put you in very bad situation. The shocking thing is that they also not treat well to his female employees... Some girls do job there because of financial problems but some male employees who have been working there since long time and some male employees who have good reference with top management use such power and harass and torture to female employees... Ultimately SK finance company CEO (Rajendra Setia), MD (Yash Setia) should have aware on soch things and take action but they only focus about there money and company profitability....Read More

Companies working culture is very bad and also working is almost 12 hrs a day and if it is closing than you can also have 24*7 working if they want, work life balance not so good over there almost every employee is frustrated for working in this organisation

Company Management want Good working environment without politics. Company many benifits give to employees but give at seniors hand so many employees not taken this benifits.

Dislikes

Seniors Playing Politics with Team and not give benifits to employees as provided by company management. If employee Always say YES in every condition then he growth otherwise your efforts not valuable for your seniors.

A lot of closings Low quality canteen food also unhygienic. Low quality water(less filtered) Unsupportive Management and HR Nill or very less appraisal Low Salary with high pressure of working. Employees are not paid enough according to their work. Demotion of employees although they deserve promotion.

It has been 8 years since I started working in SK Finance Limited. became a BDM from FOS in 8 years. The best thing I like about SK Finance is that this company promotes its FOS.

Very good culture.do unique things. Provide employees to all tools working in market.can reach any one even Md sir. Area wise Customised policies with flexibility .branch level decisioning and fast TAT. Salary , incentive,foreign tours and esops for employees
