I was joined the sk finance to grow but i have to resigned bcz the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn't guide and gets angry when I ask questions and some of seniors always misguide in working. The team is disorganised, and the stress was affecting my mental health. None of my skills developed there.... In fact, th e skills I had got worse and this organisation has harm my career<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Very bad culture middle level management (Team HOD) only play politics and the company appraisals for low level employees is very bad</mark>. Only middle level take the appraisal and they did not give the rating (Nill) to his team juniors and the benifit of it take by themselves. They put you in very bad situation. The shocking thing is that they also not treat well to his female employees... Some girls do job there because of financial problems but some male employees who have been working there since long time and some male employees who have good reference with top management use such power and harass and torture to female employees... Ultimately SK finance company CEO (Rajendra Setia), MD (Yash Setia) should have aware on soch things and take action but they only focus about there money and company profitability....Read More

Senior management including the MD has always encouraged and supported . There is complete support from your immediate Department Head who is quite encouraging to do new things and improve the productivity.

Dislikes

Certain departments deserve bonus based on performance which should be considered.
