Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work life balance is a myth over here. With official working ours of 9.30am to 5.30am company force to work from 8.30am to 8.00pm. No facilities provided at remote location. Even basic needs amenities are not provided in the office.
