Management is really good. They are really cool and no one has attitude as they are working in a high position.

Dislikes

Salary: Salary would be really less in this organization. Even if an employee got promoted also, they will give very less hike. Maintenance: No neatness at all. Facilities: There would be no proper facilities like wise no cafeteria, medical room and what not.

Not even a single individual has any attitude. Everyone is so friendly in behavior and nature.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

The company is good. But there will be no proper or basic facilities like cafeteria, medical room, rest room for women. Even the company won't follow any cleanliness. It's not hygienic.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
