I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Got a decent hike while joining. Not sure how it will be after a year. No clarity on increment or promotion.

Dislikes

Salary delay is normal. Sometimes they give salary after 7th of the month. HR people don't show interest in resolving employee's problems. Medical benefits are not provided on time. No idea how the government is not doing anything about it. Perhaps no one is reporting it.
