Dislikes

Terrible culture of tracking time by timer on laptop, if missing hours are found, you get a pay cut, less leaves and many restrictions on taking leaves

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
