There is nothing to like about, except my team who supported me in everything even when the management is against it

1. No job security, they can terminate you at any time without any proper reason. 2. Though the HR says that they are here to support you, but they only support the founders and leave the employees in hell. 3. No recognition for work and also they don't even treat you like human if there is a slight drop in revenue they generate, though if it is not your mistake and if you are not responsible for it. 4.
