Simandhar Education is seeking a seasoned digital marketing manager with more than 7 years of experience across various digital marketing verticals
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies to drive growth, and should possess team management experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media campaigns
Drive performance marketing initiatives to meet lead generation, conversion, and brand visibility goals
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies
Monitor and analyze digital campaigns' performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for optimization
Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, content, design) to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance marketing efforts
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to leadership
Required Skills
Proven expertise across all major verticals of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email, PPC, analytics, etc,)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Experience in managing and mentoring a team
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
A masters degree is a plus
7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on team management
