I Joined Silverlink Technologies Nashik Office 3 Years Ago. When I joined here I got respectful work environment by entire team. Manager treats every employee equally. I am fully satisfied with work, culture and growth which I got because of my performance.

Dislikes

Being a professional Team Lead of US Staffing I take work pressure as a challenge. Employees who left the company just because of their performance issue they are positing the negative review which are not true.

We were doing well during Covid 19 situation also. There was NO pay cut by the company. Incentives, salary Hike everything came on time.

Nothing as of now. every company has plus and minus point we have to adjust somehow in order to sustain !

An entry level position can turn into a full career with hard work and focus. a lot of opportunities for advancement. The general environment and culture of the office promote good vibes, and the authentic family-like friendliness does not compare to any other company.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance hard to believe the team leader has knowledge of how badly the salary staff are treated.

Do something for structural change are frequent and job security is unstable.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
