Dislikes

I was a contractor for the company so I didn't get any benefits but I made that decision so no fault of the company! I was being undervalued and paid, although I don't think that was the fault of the company since they got paid by the client they worked with which in turn translated to my pay. So I don't really have anything to say that I actually disliked about the company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
