The toughest incentive scheme , getting incentive is very tough ,though monthly salary is satisfactory . No scope for growth and career in this particular field.No holidays (not even public holidays,festivals)

Challenging, tough,takes time to understand the product, once it is done ,manageable to know things but you donot get paid for what you do and for our hard work. Very very tough to achieve incentives. Poor incentive schemes which doesn't encourage to work
