We know you were one of the very few people who couldn’t benefit from our extensive training programme that has created 500+ software professionals over the last 20+ years and unfortunately, we had to relieve you. We understand that getting dropped out can create disappointment, frustration, and the reason for your anguish. People starting their careers need a bit of discipline, diligence, and humility to learn things and perform. Several training programs - covering skill development, and personality development apart from the core technical training are provided to enable people to acquire the required skills to perform in a professional environment. You should understand that as a company we invest in training executives like you for several months and when the training fails and the individual leaves, for us it is a loss of both time and money. 95% of our fresh recruits are successful, getting good increments and enjoy all group benefits of the company and hence happy. It was unfortunate that you had multiple problems from aptitude to learning skills to work approach, despite the ample opportunities provided to you. The feat SIERRA has achieved can speak volumes of the heights we scaled and is a direct outcome of the contributions of a capable and skilled workforce.
