GDS- Full on toxic culture. On very first week your manager expects you to work on weekends without even having some empathy. No relevant data science projects. Colleagues won't even talk to you properly - hostile nature. Stay away if you can. Even if you lose 5 lacks, here that extra money is not worth it.

Gen AI and Data Science - No, even you are paid higher due to Gen AI role. Forget of relevant work. They will put on some random excel analysis, PPT work, automation with Ms Power Tool, model validation etc. Work life balance - Hehe, what is that? Most of the people here are from big 4 who takes pride in working 15 hours and weekends. They lack understanding of tech but are confident to say garbage. People suggested me to not join but I agree I did mistake(within 30 days of joining)....Read More

Hi, I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving. I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form. Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history. EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?
