I started my carrier as a freshert at Shvintech. I have got good opportunity to explore the latest technologies like Spring boot, Hibernate, React JS, Restful services, JSF, Prime faces, Kubernetes & Jenkins. Shvintech having very good costumers. Here the managment is also very supportive and helps in difficult times. It is really good place to work.

Dislikes

More technical training should be given to the employees. A brain stroming session should be keept once in a month between the employees to share their opinion & issues on their projects and solve it in the discussions.

I work as a software engineer on Java Technology. My team members along with other members of the team are really cooperative and friendly. I also got a chance to work with the clients directly. Good encouragement from the management and leads

Have 13+ years of experience in the software industry and worked more than 3 years in this company. This is the one of the best places to enjoy the work. Learning scope is more and if you are interested, you will be gaining good experience with lots of technologies. Good work life balance. It was a great work culture to be a part of Shvintech, I have always got to manage my life and work. got quite good opportunities to explore me in another tech such as spring boot, primer acts Jenkins, etc. as the agile method is followed it gives a pretty good clarity on the workload to plan the next goals to be achieved in work, all great experience, management has always supported me on my special conditions and given a chance to serve them remotely and it was appreciated that they have taken this kind of decisions before covid itself to manage in a critical situation. it's a great place to work and give a boost to your carrier.
