Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Poor management, micromanagement, leave policy not good very leas leave we have.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, not responding even though with multiple follow up, Do not have leave enough to handle to the complete year

Have 13+ years of experience in the software industry and worked more than 3 years in this company. This is the one of the best places to enjoy the work. Learning scope is more and if you are interested, you will be gaining good experience with lots of technologies. Good work life balance. I started my carrier as a freshert at Shvintech. I have got good opportunity to explore the latest technologies like Spring boot, Hibernate, React JS, Restful services, JSF, Prime faces, Kubernetes & Jenkins. Shvintech having very good costumers. Here the managment is also very supportive and helps in difficult times. It is really good place to work.
