I started my carrier as a freshert at Shvintech. I have got good opportunity to explore the latest technologies like Spring boot, Hibernate, React JS, Restful services, JSF, Prime faces, Kubernetes & Jenkins. Shvintech having very good costumers. More technical training should be given to the employees. A brain stroming session should be keept once in a month between the employees to share their opinion & issues on their projects and solve it in the discussions.

I work as a software engineer on Java Technology. My team members along with other members of the team are really cooperative and friendly. I also got a chance to work with the clients directly. Good encouragement from the management and leads
