I started my carrier as a freshert at Shvintech. I have got good opportunity to explore the latest technologies like Spring boot, Hibernate, React JS, Restful services, JSF, Prime faces, Kubernetes & Jenkins. Shvintech having very good costumers. Here the managment is also very supportive and helps in difficult times. It is really good place to work.

Nothing much to dislike here.

Good work culture. Healthy Environment. Adaptability to new technologies. I am writing this review because i have completed my 2 years tenure and i have not faced any issue with the company and i am happy with the project, technology and the company. Management is really good in understanding the employees and encouragement is one of the key factor in them. Dislikes

More technical training should be given to the employees. A brain stroming session should be keept once in a month between the employees to share their opinion & issues on their projects and solve it in the discussions.

I work as a software engineer on Java Technology. My team members along with other members of the team are really cooperative and friendly. I also got a chance to work with the clients directly. Good encouragement from the management and leads

The Company has a good client which is adopts to latest technologies and handful of projects. I worked in the company for the last 4 years and I got many opportunities to upskill myself. Direct communication with CEO and Clients.

Proper On boarding process needs to be placed.

Employees are not flexible to shift to the technologies. Company need to adapt the new technologies and include the new customers
