Company hire employees in walk in interview. But no management and cost cutting reason company reduce man power with in 6 months. During man power reduction period HR nonsensely said that new joinee and higher package employee is first reduced,that means company hired employee for safe old or localised people. No policy as well as no management. Before join see 2022- 2023 record of company.

The management at this company was subpar, with poor quality control leadership in my department. It was marked by excessive micromanagement, and there was a clear bias in targeting certain employees for daily criticism, particularly those from Karnataka. This unfair treatment negatively impacted the careers of those around 8 to 10 individuals. often leading to forced resignations, with no flexibility for early reliving requests. Additionally, the HR policies in place were not employee-friendly, lacking essential benefits such as medical insurance, which is mandated by the government for manufacturing industries. Job security was virtually non-existent, and the prohibition of mobile phones in the workplace seemed outdated, given their crucial role in modern communication. Specifically within the Indian pharmaceutical industry, there is an urgent need for a change in mindset, as the upcoming generation of employees may be discouraged from pursuing careers in this sector, posing a significant concern for its future.
