Good team, good training, full job security, time to time Promotion, fix Date salary, well-known travel according to me, no politics, my learning so good, good environment, we well innovative, my work life so good all my senior management happy to my working.

Dislikes

New members appointed no good work, starting bed politics, new change higher management so salary problems, no good environment before time, disturb work life,no good balance.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
