The timing are 24/7 without phones and only certain people are given freedom to roam around.

No policy in place. No management decision and no one stands for employees. Leaves not provided when asked. Business Head asks personal questions about life and what you do at weekends. They threaten you daily about the job telling you that they dont need you. They would always speak that the team is not efficient, no output and all. Nobody motivates to work. I wish the people at the USA takes a stand and see what is happening with the current and ex employees.
