Awful system that needs to be refreshed every 3-5 minutes. Some PMs are decent but ultimately feels like a sweatshop where you’re just treated like a translating machine not a human being. They skip the QA process, so any mistakes made by the translator cannot be corrected, which goes straight to the client, which then you’re blamedfor the poor quality of your work. Onboarding is pretty straightforward. Training procedure is okay. Updates are regular.

Dislikes

Am on the roster, but not been getting enough work. What work comes in tends to come in at odd hours and with very short turnarounds. Every aspect of the company seems to have taken a severe hit after it was taken over by Deluxe.
