We can gain alot of knowledge from Selectsys starting from the fresher, teamcoordination will be good and work enviranment also good. Work pressure will be there but due to team mates we dont feel that work pressure.

My dislikes were we don't have carrer growth, they run politics alot and mainly coming to the point of apparaisal they give hikes based on who fight for salaries and they dont see the work performance. 1. Out of 9 hours, you must stay inside the office for 8 hours without fail, apart from your break. If not, there will be a half day LOP. 2. Night shift allowance 100rs per day. Therefore a maximum of 2,200 per month 3. No cab facility for male employees. Only female employees whose logout is post 12 at night cab will be provided. 4.They are not employee centric. Their focus is how to cut employee wages 5. Pathetic management 6. No professionalism 7. No proper washrooms. No tissues at all. Sulabh complex maintains a decent washrooms at least.
