I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 1. There horrible managers, they just don't have sense. 2. Have no proper planning what to assign to whom. 3. Follows chamchagiri system, if you know nothing you can servive simply by do chamchgiri 4. They won't pay your full and final settlement until you take legal action most of the times.....and so on..just don't have time

No matter how much effort you put into the project, giving 100%, during appraisal time, they tell you that they are giving you an appraisal as per policy. However, during the appraisal meeting, they do not communicate the increment they are offering. You only find out about your increment when you receive your salary
