Everything was just bad. The main objective of the orgnisation is 1. They will select you and keep an asst with you with very less salary. 2. Post 6 months they will throw the officer out. 3. The asst who is paid 6 to 8 thousand will run the show.

Environment and culture here is really good. Only thing which is beyond expectation is its critical internal politics . Otherwise, I loved working in it .

Except the point of internal politics, you will find everything here is nice . Top management authority has a brilliant vision to upgrade the Institute to the best of the lots but the political scenario in the University is a bar which I dislike most.
