Environment and culture here is really good. Only thing which is beyond expectation is its critical internal politics . Otherwise, I loved working in it .

Dislikes

Except the point of internal politics, you will find everything here is nice . Top management authority has a brilliant vision to upgrade the Institute to the best of the lots but the political scenario in the University is a bar which I dislike most.

The job in the University was really interesting. It helped me learning totally some different angles as it's an Educational Institute and I really feel gratitude towards the University for having such a chance to get a taste of different rol
