Organisation has not gave any benefits and not getting to take advantage during probation period of the employee that affects to the new joining orgnisation appraisal policy . I dislike company policies only .

Salary is not diversified properly. Need solutions to make CTC planning better. No medical benefits HR policies change frequently

I have newly joined SCS Tech, and I find very good and healthy work environment and staff is very helpful and also our management team is always ready for any help and support.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very average and this needs to be looked at SCS Tech must provide health insurance for family emergency.
