Everything.. 1st they lied about you the work. They told me,i have to cake care of ambica jute mills IT part, after I my recrutement I know I have to take care if 1 more company called bally fabs Ltd..They posted there employes like me to the jute mills.. After the posting they just leave you.. No tools, no laptops for checking network issue. You can't get the computer parts for replacement.. After all that they want performances.. The worst company I have ever worked for till today. They are basically a Jute Mill company the parent firm is Kankaria Group. One of their family people ran this IT company. Management is very very poor. They always trying to do their work at gunpoint. They are not friendly enough with their employees. Colleagues are good they are very friendly but managements are bad. Very few employees worked there for more than 5 years, they recruit fresher with a bond (like 2 or 3 years). Work culture is bad. They don't even understand employees' problems but they expect employees must think only about the company. Their main background is Jute mill and the company is run to support their Mills. HR personnel doesn't have any power to take an individual decision, even they don't have any health insurance for their employee when anyone asked for that at the time of joining they said they looking into it and they will do it but I didn't see any progress in my timespan with this company. I don't recommend anyone to join this company but yes they paid their employee's salary on time....Read More
