Nurturing, yet fast paced environment. Learning of 3 years at Sciative = 5 years of learning in other companies. Deeply involved in tech No-nonsense workforce: come, work well, perfrom, and leae for home. Most of the days I am leaving home by 7:00 or 7:30 PM

Have to report on time - sharp 9:00AM (grace until 9:15AM as per HR :)) Only join if you have passion to work and perfrom. I am loving it, therefore.

My manager is very supportive, knowledgable, and i like working in his leadership Seniors and ceo is reachable and they listen to ideas, suggestions, and encouraging to perform our best Work culture is very result focused; directly get chance to do meeting with clients -- my clients appreciate our work and give amazing feedback to help me perform even better.

Nothing to dislike as such; 1 or 2 times in a week, need to stay back till about 7:30pm, but this is manageable Company has stopped complementary evening snacks

Only desperate people will work here. No work life balance, be ready to sacrifice your health & life balance. No Job security, you can be fired immediately without any reason & some casual reason. You will be overloaded with no of tasks which is not possible to complete by single person in the allocated duration. Says AI tool is used, but most of the work is done Manually like a labor. There will be hectic & toxic work culture. Typical startup. People are in general good. Focused on values. Donot entertain sub-standard work deliverable, because its a 'pricing' company handling revenue and profitability of other companies. Inclination towards tech is must. Job security. Salary comes on time (7th every month). I have got salary growth of +100% in last 3 years. Appraisals happen every year.

Dont join if you are looking for 9-6 job. First year was struggle becasue I was comparing it to MNC. But i started to enjoy my work when I started to succeed. Manager was helpful to come upto speed. Lots of feedback.
