My manager is very supportive, knowledgable, and i like working in his leadership Seniors and ceo is reachable and they listen to ideas, suggestions, and encouraging to perform our best Work culture is very result focused; directly get chance to do meeting with clients -- my clients appreciate our work and give amazing feedback to help me perform even better.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as such; 1 or 2 times in a week, need to stay back till about 7:30pm, but this is manageable Company has stopped complementary evening snacks

Travel: I was based in Kalyan and the office was in Navi Mumbai Long hours: some days (5-10 times a month) we had to wait until 8-9pm to complete client deliveries. but food is provided. No work from home

Challenging problems from clients need creative and innovative mindset, I therefore love the work that I do here. Everyone collaborates. managers and management is accessible and open to discuss problems. Evening snacks like pav bhaji, poha, pulav, etc. are open to all, including tea, coffee, chilled soft-drinks, etc.
