Have to report on time - sharp 9:00AM (grace until 9:15AM as per HR :)) Only join if you have passion to work and perfrom. I am loving it, therefore.

Policies : You need to submit your original document with them Reporting after 9:15 is late, After 9:30 is super late and after 9:45 is considered half day. Are we in school ? Official work hours are 9 AM - 6:30 PM but no one leaves before 7:30 PM. For any urgent medical leave you need to submit doctor's certificate even if you take leave for a day. The owners treat you badly. Talk very negatively they'll demotivate you. 50-60% of the team is full time students who are doing internship there. 20-30% are between 1-2 years of experience and only 10-15% are above 2+ YOE. You will be overloaded with no of tasks which is not possible to complete by single person in the allocated duration. Says AI tool is used, but most of the work is done Manually like a labor.
