Only desperate people will work here. No work life balance, be ready to sacrifice your health & life balance. No Job security, you can be fired immediately without any reason & some casual reason. You will be overloaded with no of tasks which is not possible to complete by single person in the allocated duration. Says AI tool is used, but most of the work is done Manually like a labor. There will be hectic & toxic work culture. The timelines are tight, but I love the skills that I am developing over the last 8 months of my tenure at Sciative.
