Remote working policy is the best thing. Culture and work principles are good. Flexible working hours. Candidate screening is top notch along with good hiring process and interviews testing all aspects.

Dislikes

The salary and bonuses are not up to the mark. There are lot of unnecessary conditions/policies even on reimbursements that are part of salary structure. Appraisals are very poor. Less focus on retaining the employee's and more focus on hiring new employee's. Some products have outdated tech stack. Micro management in some products.

Even though the teams are operating remotely there is a lot of budget constraints. If there is a team meetup, the employees had to spend a lot from their pockets as the company hardly sponsor anything apart from the flight tickets and that too has limit which is weird.

Upland Software is the next big thing in my career as I made a switch almost after 4.5 years from my previous organization. Upland being totally remote provides a good work-life balance, there is also no micro-management. As for the work, there are ample opportunities to find a work/tech of your choice to move further in your career. There is no boundations of remaining in the same project as you were hired for and the number of products and the tech they use are immense. Company being totally remote has less opportunities to build rapport with the team but there are regular Team and All-Upland meet ups to compensate for it.

Upland Software offers remote employment, which is the best perk of the job. It is work oriented, with flexible work hours as well. If compared to other renowned companies, the salary is good too. They never miss the opportunity to show appreciation for the work you do. It offers good numbers of paid leaves too. Team event organizes amazing virtual games/meet-ups too

The work environment here is amazing!. There's absolutely no room for judgment, which makes it a stress-free and productive place to work. Flexible working hours are a huge plus, and the managers and team are incredibly supportive and respectful of your time. Fully remote setup gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere you choose. It's a perfect blend of professionalism and freedom!

The company has a great culture. They genuinely care about their employees and always promote a healthy work-life balance. The perks and benefits are also good, they also frequently introduce new programs to help support the employees. The seniors also highly support your growth and can go the extra mile in case you need any help.

The work life balance and work culture of this company is really great. I was pleasantly surprised by the culture. Though its' India CoE is at a very early stage of growth, the improvement shown in last few years is commendable. I am looking forward to grow alongside this organization and its wonderful work force!!
