It is great opportunity to work with Upland has a senior software engineer. Working life balance and salary structure everything is too good here. Here Everyone treat has an upland family. I don't have any issue to work in upland.

Even though the teams are operating remotely there is a lot of budget constraints. If there is a team meetup, the employees had to spend a lot from their pockets as the company hardly sponsor anything apart from the flight tickets and that too has limit which is weird.

The work life balance and work culture of this company is really great. I was pleasantly surprised by the culture. Though its' India CoE is at a very early stage of growth, the improvement shown in last few years is commendable.
