- Appraisals are extremely poor, they will lure you with promises, never believe them. Also, the automotive sector is highly volatile, either you'd lose the job or won't get a proper appraisal. - Overworked and underpaid, all the money is for the promoters, investors, and management teams. Employees cannot fulfill basic needs. Doesn't conduct any training to upskill employees. - No extra benefits, insurance is like peanuts, no free food and no transport facility. - Most people are trapped and work here with resentment, would leave at any given opportunity....Read More

Maybe i can say job security.

Dislikes

Leave policy is terrible, just 1.3 days per month( leaves will be credited monthly) and hike happens only every 1.5 years. no hike for 3 years due to corona pandemic but the other peer companies are providing hike and allowances. Clearly lot of politics and cost cut methods when the revenue did not take a cut. Moreover new joinees are asked to sign a bond for 3 years, which is even worse since they can't drop paper and jump company as well....Read More

Likes

Team mates were superb and supportive under our knowledgeable Manager. Job security is almost 90% and rarely ever they have fired anyone untill and unless it is a serious offence. High chances of Onsite opportunities based on customer u serve and ur skills. But it is highly team dependent, which I did not like.
