I cant blame company because a particular client has stopped giving work so i am going to be asked to put resignation. Company is good as long as we have a good project leader. If project leader turns out to be bad then even God cant save you from him. There is huge scarcity of jobs in this field so we are stuck at same company for decades. Lot of politics and there is no use reporting these issues to higher management. They are not even available to listen to our concerns. We have to run pillar to post to just meet concerned person to report our problem. Later on they reveal our names to people who we have problem with and that person will start targetting us and makeour life miserable in the company. Even if we ask doubts relating to projects to sit and complete the task my leader told me this is not spoon feeding company. You have to complete the task and not to ask any doubts. If we question the tone of leaders then we are constantly targeted in every which way possible. Like attendence corrections are not done and leaves will be deducted. Comp offs are not aproved for our hard earned weekend working. Forget about appraisal rating. And when mistakes happen in projects we are made scapegoats in front of all by project leaders. Managers don't even allow us to speak. HRs and higher management only consider words of Manager and Resource is not even allowed to defend wrong allegations put on....Read More
