Job Secuirty is good, but due to covid, some layoffs have happened..Work life balance is ok, considering there give very few leaves.. Work culture is good, many different events will be organized within the company, Company gives importance to each and every individual.

1. Appraisal is for every 2 YEARS not every year.. they will say every year but till now it never happened.. No ARRIERS They wantedly delay it and if we ask they will say all scrap reasons 2. HEAD HR was worst . Ex : they removed tissues in washroom and said cost reduction... 😝 Think about remaining things.. He can't even handleappraisal process.. Self documentation will take 2 months. Managers review period will for 4 months.. After 2.months will get ratings.. After 6 months they release the letters.. After 3 months they will say effective from next month Without arriers.... Then will get 5% increment THIS IS APPRAISAL CYCLE @ SATVEN 3. Most stagnated culture.. Managers simply stay in the company as a retired employee that's it.. 4. REPUTATION GONE AT CLIENTS and now it's difficult to get projects 5. Worst rules every where..few are stupid as well 6. Very old office.. Stagnated environment 7. From last 6 months more than 100 people left the organization..still they do the same things.....Read More

Appraisal cycle is not fixed & came to know recently that once you are moved from client location you are guaranteed that you will lose your job
