Overtime duty was asked to do and that also without pay and even late night to stay or till very early morning so the personal life gets totally hampered.

I worked there as production assistant and was responsible for orders to be executed on time with zero error and even come up with new designs as per client specification as I was from design background. Opportunity to develop new styles with own designs.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here only the need for improvement with systematic management and team work is there. I take that also like a challenge of managing things on my own.
