Timings are good as it's a school.

Dislikes

Office politics, Senior is unprofessional and rude. No conveyance allowance is given. No overtime allowance is given. Work pressure is too much. No appreciation for your work which discourages the employee. Also, the behaviour of HOS is very dominating. She treats employees as her servants.

As it's a school, timings are good. You can manage home and work both easily.

Dislikes

Unprofessional Senior, office politics, no value of juniors, Contractual employees, bossism and arrogant behaviour of the head of department. Stressful. Unnecessary work pressure. Review about SKV Pandara Road.

I was guest teacher. Principal listen permanent staff only. The staff treat us as servents. Any functions are there, we can't join them. We didn't have right to sit in staff room.
