If any one has any inovaotive idea then he or she can share direct to the top management and management helps them. Work environment is calm as per my last two years's experience. Up and down is everywhere. Traveling is dependent upon requirement. Company always conducts the training for everyone in a interval of time. It may be related to your work or indirectly help in your work. Appraisal always depends upon your performance. Management always judges the work done by anyone on workman level not at his/her level. Company always push everyone to polish your skills. For this they give some amount within their policies. I like the employee re-hiring and referral policy here. Everyone expect return as per their performance. But sometimes it doesn't happen. If you do anything apart from your work related to customer by staying late in night and in weekend also. So for that instead of appreciation get this one is expected from you. Few of the works don't consider during the appraisal even it is small but it is very important for customer.

Generally saying, my work is challenging as I have to look day to day business of client and all issues need to be resolve in same day. I can't delay it for tomorrow even for evening also. Sometimes I was handed over a work which was completely new to me.
